Wii Fit Plus Strength Training Part 10: Side Lunge

Part 10 of Strength Training on our Wii Fit Plus Playthrough is the Side Lunge: 10, 15, and 20 Reps. This is a pretty easy exercise, you simply shift your weight to the side across the blue bar.
