I've hacked Wiiji to use the Balance Board as a joystick device. The games in this video are Neverball (icculus.org ) and Extreme Tux Racer (www.extremetuxracer.com ), but this should work with any OSX game that supports joystick input. My version of Wiiji ptmc.org
